Coworker: the future of work

Hey there! Alex and Bradford here, co-founders at Coworker.ai.

Bradford and I started Coworker.ai with a simple belief: people do their best work when they’re focused on things that actually matter to them. Yet, so much of our day-to-day is spent on mundane, repetitive work: sitting in meetings, buried in Slack, navigating a jungle of SaaS apps.

So we built Coworker. It’s the world’s first enterprise AI that can actually do complex work — answer questions, do analysis, and independently complete tasks — across all your company’s apps and data.

What makes Coworker different from other enterprise AI?

One word: context.

LLMs are trained on public data. And while folks are building ‘enterprise search’ and other AI products to connect internal data sources like Google Docs, Jira etc to LLMs, they just don’t work great. They pull in all sorts of outdated or irrelevant information, they struggle with permissions, and don’t actually understand the nuances of your company. They are hard to trust to do work.

Coworker is different. It’s powered by a breakthrough in memory architecture we built called OM1. OM1 gives Coworker an incredible ‘memory’ across your company: things like teams, projects, customers and 120+ other dimensions.

In other words, it actually gets your company and can do work the same way a human coworker teammate would.

We’ve already partnered with 30+ companies and large enterprises. We’re seeing it speed up product velocity by turning customer feedback into PRDs, PRDs into tickets, tickets into code, code into sales talking points. We’re seeing sales be more effective with tailored research pre-call, and context-aware follow-ups and coaching. Leadership teams have unprecedented visibility across their products, customers, and people.

Coworker is built with the security, permissions, and privacy to work for enterprise. It’s our first step on a big mission to focus human work on the stuff that actually matters.

Coworker is ready today. We’d love you to try it out.
